Shipping and Delivery Policy

FoqusMeta has two parts: a physical FoqusMeta kit and the software. Delivery is free for every package.

Tracking
For courier delivery we send a tracking link by email or WhatsApp on the day of dispatch.
Damaged or missing kit
If the kit arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated time, tell us within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Address
Please check the delivery address at checkout. If a kit is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we will re-send it once the correct address is confirmed. But it may require charges for courier for the second attempt or delivery.
